PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for persons having difficulty in enema procedure and in bowel movement to control bowel movement without assistance from others by pressing the anus with a napkin, while settling the problem that when elderly persons and infants perform the bowel movement acceleration such as enema, they have to assist it with gauze and cotton, tissues, ladies sanitary protection in order to restrain the bowel movement for a certain period of time. SOLUTION: Anus-shaped sanitary paper or cotton (absorptive polymeric material, cushioning pad, coolant, thermoheating materials or medicine) is incorporated, attached and/or inserted to napkin, sheet or diaper.
