PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone filler assembly which can simply and smoothly take out only a guide body from the bone filler assembly, with which a vertebral body is filled, and a tubular body assembly which can raise its maneuverability when the tubular body is employed for a blood vessel or the body cavity. SOLUTION: The bone filler assembly 10 consists of a coil spring 18, which is spirally wound, and the first and second segmentation wires 22 and 24 which are passed through the inside of the coil spring 18 and contain a guidewire 16 consisting of a resilient material and in which the guidewire 16 is joined in a way capable of segmentation along the direction of an axis. Further, only the first segmentation wire 22, which is a part of the guidewire 16, is previously taken out from the bone filler assembly 10 with which the broken bone section 20 of the vertebral body 12 is filled and next the second segmentation wire 24, which remains in the broken bone section 20, is taken out to change into the status that the broken bone section 20 is filled with only a bone filler 14.
