PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly keep a balance between a fuel quantity and a fresh air quantity in a cylinder, and eventually, to realize excellent cylinder combustion. SOLUTION: An ECU 40 supplies initial operation energy to an injector solenoid at the beginning of starting fuel injection by an injector 12, and supplies valve opening holding energy for holding a valve opening state of the injector 12 to the injector solenoid in succession to supply of the initial operation energy. The ECU 40 also controls a change gradient of the injection ratio just after starting injection based on an engine operation state of each time, when supplying the initial operation energy.
