PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for the guide rail of an elevator capable of preventing a rail oil from spattering to a car. SOLUTION: A tapered part 10a the width dimension of which is reduced along the guide rail 3 in the vertical lower direction is formed on the contact surface of a guide rail bracket 9 in contact with the guide rail 3. A tilted part 10b tilting downward toward the guide rail 3 is formed on the upper side of the contact surface of the guide rail bracket 9.
