PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk storage bag capable of easily displaying the content of a record onto a storage bag and having a freely replaceable display panel which carries the content of a display. SOLUTION: The optical disk storage bag includes a front sheet 2 (sheet) formed from a plastic (base material), and a back sheet 3 (sheet opposite to the front sheet) formed from a laminate of plastic (a plurality of base materials including plastic). The disk storage bag 1 has a pocket 4 adjacent to the opening 5 of the disk storage bag 1, and insertion openings 7a and 7b are made in both ends of the pocket 4. A display card 8 is provided so as to be freely replaced from the insertion opening 7a or 7b of the pocket 4.
