PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device of a vehicle having a simple configuration and capable conducting sufficient roll suppression control while reducing its weight and improving fuel economy. SOLUTION: This suspension device of the vehicle has shock absorbers 3 provided between a vehicle body 1 and wheels arranged in fore-and-aft directions of the vehicle, bump stopper members 11 provided to be displaced from each of shock absorbers 3, respectively, and displacing means 17 for displacing positions of each bump stopper member, respectively. Each displacing means 17 is constituted to change load characteristics of each bump stopper member in accordance with the state of a load inputted from each wheel without using a power source.
