PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein the operation for returning a backrest to an original inclination must be performed when causing walk-in and troubles such as preventing common use of parts due to incorporation of the operation for returning the backrest to the original inclination into operation of a reclining mechanism. SOLUTION: The reclining mechanism 4 has a circular arc gear 83 provided at the inner periphery of a ring member 80, a lock member 74 provided on an inner side of the ring member 80, and a cam body 78 for locking and unlocking the lock member 74 into/from the circular arc gear 83. A turning arm 25 turned by operating an operation lever 15 for reclining or an operation member 67 for walk-in to unlock the reclining mechanism 4 is attached to an inclining and turning central shaft 14 of the reclining mechanism. The operation lever 15 turns the turning arm 25 by a link rod 17 having a swing slot 19, and the operation member for walk-in operates the turning arm 25 independently from the operation lever 15.
