PIGMENT COMPOUND, AND INK CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment compound of magenta color, suitable for inkjet ink, excellent in spectral reflecting characteristics such as color-developing property, transparency, etc., and having high fastness, and also aqueous ink having a good color tone and giving an image excellent in preservation stability.

SOLUTION: This pigment compound is expressed by general formula (1) [wherein, R1, R2are each H or an alkyl; R3, R4are each H, an alkyl, a halogen atom or the like; R5, R6are each H, an alkyl, OH or the like; and M is a counter ion]. The aqueous ink is provided by containing at least 1 kind of the compound.
