<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based writing implement wherein internal corrosion or elution of aluminum with the passage of time hardly occurs even in the case where the writing implement holds ink using a copper phthalocyanine colorant in a state of contact in an ink holder constituted mainly of the aluminum. <P>SOLUTION: In the oil-based writing implement, an oil-based ink composition composed at least of the copper phthalocyanine colorant, an organic solvent and 10-16C saturated fatty acid is held in the ink holder constituted mainly of the aluminum.
