PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine priority levels corresponding to user's interests for a plurality of stored images. SOLUTION: When an image display unit displays an image based on image data stored in a memory, a photographic unit takes a picture in the front direction of the image display unit. When the user is photographed by the photographic unit, an image recognition predicting unit finds the range of a field of view of the user from photographed image data, and predicts that the user recognizes an image displayed on the image display unit when the range of the field of view is included in the image display unit. Based on the predicted result, a recognition information acquiring unit acquires how many times the user has recognized the image displayed on the display means and the time thereof, as recognition information for each piece of image data of the image displayed on the image display unit; and based on the recognition information, a priority level determining unit determines priority levels by the plurality of pieces of image data stored in the memory.
