A system and a method for manufacturing an audio device are provided to manufacture a customized audio device by extracting and using external ear shape data of a customer, and making an ear cell suitable for the external ear shape data in a modeling technique. A server(121) manages the received external ear shape data by each customer. An ear cell processor(133) makes an ear cell by using the external ear shape data received from the server. A design server(131) converts the external ear shape data into the data recognizable to the ear cell processor. The ear cell includes an attached ear cell attached to a speaker of a mobile terminal or integrated ear cell.
