PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a contained pasta capable of easily and quickly making a pasta salad having the same taste, palate feeling and appearance as those of hand-made ones, and to provide a salad kit using the above contained pasta. SOLUTION: This contained pasta is such one as to be boil-treated so as to be 58-71 wt.% in water content and packed and sealed after preliminarily seasoned with sugar and vinegar. The salad kit consists of a package made by packing at least the above contained pasta and an oil-in-water emulsified seasoning followed by sealing, and these packages, in the form of a pair of sets, are collectively housed in a single box made of corrugated cardboard, or the like. |
