PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for manufacturing fluidized soil enabling the long-distance transportation of a material without changing the properties thereof. SOLUTION: This system for manufacturing fluidized soil by stirring slurry 40 and a solidification material 45 such as cement comprises a slurry feed system 10 for transporting the slurry 40 from a base 3 to a fluidized soil depositing position 4 through a plurality of relay points, a solidification material transporting means formed separately from the slurry feed means 10 for transporting the solidification material 45 such as cement to the depositing position 4, and a stirring device 30 installed at the depositing position 4 and stirring the slurry 40 transported to the depositing position 4 by the slurry feed system 10 and the solidification material 45 transported to the depositing position 4 by the solidification material transporting means.
