摘要 A heat exchanger production method and a heat exchanger are provided to reduce the product failure rate by performing welding with a mechanical method not chemical method. A heat exchanger production method comprises followings. An inlet or outlet pipe is manufactured by connecting a first and second member with a magnetic pulse welding method(S210). The inlet or outlet pipe is consisting of the first and second member. A clad is coated on a surface of a header pipe, a tube and heating fins. A heat exchanger assembly is made by connecting the header pipe, the tube, the heating fins and the inlet or out pipe(S220). A flux is coated the heat exchanger assembly(S230). The flux coated heat exchanger assembly is brazed(S240).
