A capsulated rice additive containing tissue-cultured wild ginseng extract and ginseng extract is provided to secure medicinal effects of ginseng and wild ginseng and to show excellent gloss and flavor of cooked rice by adding the rice additive when rice is cooked. A capsulated rice additive comprises 0.5-10wt% of tissue-cultured wild ginseng extract and ginseng extract, 80-98.5wt% of edible oil and 1-10wt% of coenzyme Q 10. The edible oil removes the bitter taste from the tissue-cultured wild ginseng extract and ginseng extract and improves the flavor of cooked rice. The coenzyme Q 10 is added to inhibit the oxidation of the rice. The capsule content is 500-1000mg.
