<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an integrated tandem solar cell which prevents side leakage and has large module output. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is provided for a photoelectric conversion device having at lest two stacked cell layers and an intermediate contact layer interposed between the two cell layers and electrically and optically connecting the two cell layers to each other, wherein the intermediate contact layer is formed at a temperature of 30 to 50°C so that the intermediate contact layer has a film thickness of 40 to 80 nm and a resistivity of 1 to 5Ωcm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
