PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device and a radiation imaging system which reduce artifact, that may be generated in the first flame of image after start of movie shooting.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device has a pixel array where a plurality of pixels P, each including a conversion part CP, a holding part SH1, an output part OP1 and a reset part RP, are arranged two-dimensionally, a control unit for controlling the pixel array so as to perform reset operation for resetting a plurality of pixels, in bulk, based on a control signal indicating generation of radiation, and holding operation for holding the plurality of pixels, in bulk, and a selection unit performing selection operation for selecting the pixel outputting a signal thus held, in order, from the plurality of pixels. The selection unit selects at least some of the plurality of pixels, in a period after the control unit performed reset operation and before performing the holding operation, based on the first control signal out of the plurality of control signals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
