PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erosion tester, an accelerator and an erosion test method capable of properly evaluating erosion resistance of thermal barrier coating on a test piece while preventing increase of size of the tester.SOLUTION: An erosion tester 20 includes: a combustion chamber 21 for mixing compressed air and fuel and combusting the mixture to obtain a combustion gas; an erodant supply part 22 for supplying an erodant to the combustion gas; a receive and support part 23 for receiving and supporting a test piece 1 having the surface which is coated with a thermal barrier coating; and an accelerator 24 that accelerates the combustion gas containing the erodant to collide against the test piece 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
