PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which is advantageous in reducing influence of noise which occurs in level shifters to a signal generating part in a recording head substrate.SOLUTION: A recording head substrate comprises: a first pad for receiving a first reference voltage which is arranged on the side of a first side out of the first side and a second side which are in an opposite side relation to each other; a second pad, which is arranged on the side of the second side, for receiving a second reference voltage being the same voltage as the first reference voltage; a signal generating part which is arranged between the first pad and the second pad, and for driving a plurality of recording parts; a plurality of level shifters which are arranged between the signal generating part and the second pad, and output a signal from the signal generating part to the plurality of recording parts; and a first wiring for supplying the first reference voltage to the signal generating part; and a second wiring for supplying the second reference voltage to the plurality of level shifters, in which the first wiring and the second wiring are separated from each other between the signal generating part and the plurality of level shifters in a planar view with respect to a top face of the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
