PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable radio receiver for emergency broadcast free from malfunction and capable of transmitting emergency broadcast accurately by using broadcast, without being affected by noise such as lightning surge.SOLUTION: A radio receiver 1 for emergency broadcast includes a signal processing section 23 for saving a DTMF signal when a predetermined number of DTMF signals, included in a broadcast signal received by a receiving section 22, are detected in a predetermined time, a code input processing section 202 for determining whether a prescribed number of code information match, when the code information consisting of a combination of a predetermined number of DTMF signals obtained from the signal processing section 23 is inputted predetermined number of times, a storage section 21 for storing disaster information displayed corresponding to a predetermined combination of the DTMF signals out of the code information, and a code determination processing section 203 for determining whether or not the DTMF signals out of the code information, determined to match in the code input processing section 202, is a predetermined combination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
