PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of a surface magnet type rotary machine, capable of reducing the used amount of permanent magnets and good in assemblability.SOLUTION: A rotor of a surface magnet type rotary machine including a plurality of permanent magnets 13 disposed on a surface of a rotor core along a circumferential direction includes a plurality of base metals 12 to each surface of which each permanent magnet 13 is fixed and which are disposed and fixed to a peripheral surface of a spider 11 fixed to a rotational axis along a circumferential direction; and a damper winding 14 fitted into an annular recessed portion 12b in a state where the damper winding is spaced apart from each permanent magnet 13, the recessed portion being formed to a rear surface fixed to the spider 11 in each base metal 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
