PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which management capable of dealing with duplication of equipment particular number can be performed, when data received from network equipment is associated with the equipment particular number of the equipment to manage them.SOLUTION: A management device 103 manages association with at least one of a MAC address and global IP address, to a serial number of network equipment 102 to be managed.
