摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing coolant leaking from a cooler in an on-vehicle electronic apparatus, from reaching a terminal for wiring.SOLUTION: On-vehicle electronic apparatus disclosed in the specification comprises: a cooler 40 in which a channel 41c is formed; a component 32 for a bidirectional converter circuit fixed on the cooler 40; a component 80 for a DCDC converter circuit fixed below the cooler; and a first bus bar 13 and a second bus bar 14. One end of the first bus bar 13 is connected to the component 32 of the bidirectional converter circuit. One end of the second bus bar 14 is connected to the component 80 of the DCDC converter circuit, the other end of it is connected to the other end of the first bus bar 13, and the intermediate between them is covered with an insulating member 61. A connecting portion JP between the first bus bar 13 and the second bus bar 14 is located obliquely below the cooler 40. The portion of the second bus bar 14 covered with the insulating member 61 is bent in an inverted V-shape obliquely below the cooler 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
