PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection apparatus of solar power generation system capable of precisely and easily performing failure inspection.SOLUTION: The inspection apparatus of solar power generation system includes: an impedance calculation unit 46 which sequentially applies an AC inspection signal to positive poles and negative poles in a solar cell string 3 and, with respect to the respective cases, measures index values which change depending on the number solar cell modules 2 from the pole to which the inspection signal is applied to a failure position; and a control unit 47 that calculates the failure position based on the ratio between the index value obtained by applying the inspection signal to the positive pole and an index value obtained by applying the inspection signal to the negative pole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
