The present invention relates to a method for preparing arrowroot tea and, particularly, to a method for preparing arrowroot tea comprising: an arrowroot washing step (S100) for collecting arrowroot, removing a foreign material, and washing the arrowroot; an arrowroot cutting step (S200) for cutting the washed arrowroot in a longitudinal direction; an arrowroot drying step (S300) for drying the cut arrowroot; a honey impregnate step (S400) for impregnating the dried arrowroot in honey; and an arrowroot leaf tea bag packing step (S500) for drying the arrowroot impregnate in honey to pack the dried arrowroot as an arrowroot leaf tea bag. According to the present invention, arrowroot is washed, dried, and cut, and the cut arrowroot is honey impregnated by adding honey thereto and dried. Therefore, the dried arrowroot is packed as an arrowroot leaf tea bag, and a bitter taste of an arrowroot ingredient washed and cut is removed by impregnating the arrowroot in honey. In addition, in order to maintain a unique flavor and sweetness of an arrowroot ingredient, more honey is added thereto to impregnate the arrowroot in honey to prepared arrowroot tea with an arrowroot ingredient. The arrowroot tea containing an arrowroot ingredient allows everyone to easily drink the arrowroot tea freely, and it is beneficial to the user′s health due to a unique ingredient of arrowroot. |
