METHOD FOR PRODUCING ELECTROCONDUCTIVE WOOD POLYMER COMPOSITE MATERIALS FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE PROTECTION

The present invention relates to a method for producing electroconductive wood polymer composite materials for electromagnetic wave protection. It is based on the fact that suitable lignocelluloses and polymer nitrogen-containing binders are found, on the base of recycled polyurethanes and polyethylene terephthalate with residual isocyanate groups, as well as such based on carbamide formaldehyde resins for running the subsequent reaction with the copper-containing lignocelluloses and conditions for the coordinated binding of the deposited cuprosulfid in nanostate in the lignocellulosic polymer matrix. With the above reagents and preconditions, the conditions are created for coordinated binding of the deposited cuprosulfid in the lignocellulosic material with the isocyanate groups of the binder and thus the creation of a mesh nanostructure, resulting in significant improvement of the electric conductivity and the electromagnetic absorption capacity of the wood polymer composites. The development of the method is related to producing copper-containing wood nanocomposites based on lignocelluloses (wood flour, sawdust, plant waste) with appropriate cupro-reducing systems; development of methods for deposition of cuprosulfid in nanostate in the lignocellulosic polymer matrix; specifying of appropriate parameters, in terms of composition and ratio of the components in cupro-reducing systems and optimal process, in order to achieve a high degree of reducing the cupric ions to cupro; producing of binders with residual isocyanate groups of recycled polyols and polyisocyanates and specifying of appropriate parameters, in terms of composition and ratio of the components in the systems, and optimal process.
