PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a deterioration in reliability.SOLUTION: A control circuit 41 of a fuse box 13 has a memory 41a for storing a reference resistance value of a fuse 31 in an initial state, and a variation in the secular change characteristic of the fuse 31. The control circuit 41 detects a first terminal voltage V1 in a first connection terminal 53 and a second terminal voltage V2 in a second connection terminal 54. The control circuit 41 turns off a transistor T1 at a time of starting on the basis of a control signal Sc, calculates a resistance value of the fuse 31 on the basis of the first terminal voltage V1 and the second terminal voltage V2, compares a reference resistance value calculated on the basis of the reference resistance value and the variation with the calculated resistance value of the fuse 31, determines the correctness/wrongness of the fuse 31, and outputs a first error signal E1 in the case that the fuse 31 is determined to have an error on the basis of a determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
