PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable adhesive composition capable of forming an adhesive layer which exhibits excellent adhesiveness, is suppressed in bleed-out of a component, exhibits excellent re-release ability after irradiation of an active energy ray and is excellent in stain resistance, and to provide an active energy ray-curable adhesive sheet obtained using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an active energy ray-curable adhesive composition which comprises a polymerization initiator represented by the following general formula (I), a crosslinking agent having two or more isocyanate groups, a component 1 or a component 2. The component 1 has a group capable of reacting with an isocyanate group and is composed of an acrylic polymer A containing at least a (meth)acrylic ester as a constitutional unit and a polymerizable compound and the component 2 is an acrylic polymer B having a group capable of reacting with an isocyanate group and a polymerizable group and containing at least a (meth)acrylic ester as a constitutional unit.
