PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish a photoelectric conversion device which attains compatibility between increase in a dynamic range and an operation for monitoring the amount of received light.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device comprises: a sensor cell part that can operate in a low-sensitivity mode and a high-sensitivity mode; a transfer part for transferring a signal output from a unit pixel; and a monitoring part for monitoring a signal from the sensor cell part output from the transfer part. |
