The present invention comprises: an insulation unit where an inlet is formed on one side and an outlet is formed on the other side, surrounding an incinerator to form a space storing an air layer formed between the insulation unit and the incinerator; and an exhaust unit generating a flow of air of the air layer to restrain an increase in the temperature of the air layer heated by the incinerator.
