PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having a small wiring resistance, thereby having high efficiency.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 100 for converting DC power into AC power is provided that comprises: a conductive part 1 electrically connected to a power terminal VDD and extending to a first direction; a conductive part 2 electrically connected to a ground terminal GND and extending to the first direction; a plurality of conductive parts 3 disposed between the conductive part 1 and the conductive part 2 and arrayed in the first direction; a plurality of high side switches 11, 12, 13, mounted on the conductive part 1 along the first direction, each having one end electrically connected to the conductive part 1; and a plurality of low side switches 14, 15, 16 each mounted on each of the conductive parts 3 and having one end electrically connected to the other end of each high side switch, and the other end electrically connected to the conductive part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
