PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composition capable of suppressing the by-production of a gelled matter caused by heating, and a method for producing a polymer composition containing a conjugated diene polymer having acid anhydride from the polymer composition.SOLUTION: Provided is a polymer composition having a structural unit (a) derived from a plurality of conjugated dienes and structural unit s(b) derived from (meth)acrylic acid esters represented by a plurality of equations (1), in which at least a part of a plurality of the structural units (b) is mutually adjacent, a polymer composition containing the primary oxidation preventive; and a method for producing a polymer composition containing acid anhydride-containing conjugated diene polymers including a process of heating the polymer composition (Rdenotes H or a methyl group; Rand Rdenote a 1 to 5C saturated hydrocarbon group; and Rand Rdenote H or a 1 to 4C saturated hydrocarbon group).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
