PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition capable of forming a seal layer sufficiently high in heat seal strength and excellent in easily opening property and peeling appearance with good moldability.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic resin composition containing following (A) to (C) components. (A) component: polyester having melting peak temperature of 110 to 150°C. (B) component: amine modified styrenic thermoplastic elastomer.
