<p>Refuse, with an addition to sewage sludge, is stockpiled by depositing it in thin (40 mm) layers on which a similar layer is laid. Hard solids are segregated from the material by accelerating and separating into parts which respond or do not respond to impact. This produces automatically well aerated stockpiles which require little space and do not cause environmental pollution. The plant operates with a high efficiency.</p> |
