Moulding 20 is fixed to wall 12 via surface 28 and is resiliently butted against part of cornice 10 via surface 30. The moulding may have a groove 42 dividing it up into two elastic portions pivotable relative to each other. During relative movement between moulding and cornice the moulding is stated to remain in contact with cornice 10 so as to provide an effective seal if cornice 10 moves away from wall 12.
