PURPOSE:To minimize occurrence of beat interference due to crosstalk, by setting a carrier frequency of an FM modulated video signal to odd number times of fH/2 between adjacent tracks. CONSTITUTION:Voice signals from voice signal sources 11 and 12 are mixed with color video signals at a mixing circuit 15 after subjecting to a frequency conversion. The color video signals are divided into the luminance component and the chromaticity component by comb line filters 17 and 18 and the chrominance components are supplied to the mixer 15 after subjecting to a frequency conversion and mixing with a luminance signal. The output of the mixed 15 is frequency modulated by a carrier signal from a reference pulse generating circuit 26 at a frequency modulating circuit 25. At this time, carrier frequencies between adjacent tracks on a disk are shifted to make them odd number times of fH/2. The frequency modulated signals are recorded on the disk after they are mixed with tracking signals at a mixer 29. Therefore, crosstalk between tracks which should occur at the time of reproduction can be reduced. |
