PURPOSE:To supply higher pressure and improve the safety by providing a valve to shut the connection passage between an entrance to the pressure generating source and an exit to a brake device and a one-way valve to allow the liquid movement only from the entrance to the exit. CONSTITUTION:Pressure liquid from a master cylinder 1 is supplied to a wheel cylinder via an entrance 16, a passage 17-21 and an exit 20. A car is sufficiently decelerated and electric current is sent from a control device to a bobbin 10 of a valve unit 1 according to a disconnection of a clutch and the like to close a valve 23. Thereby, the pressured liquid at the wheel cylinder side is enclosed to retain the brake force according to the liquid pressure. In order to increase the enclosed liquid pressure, a higher liquid pressure than this is generated at the master cylinder to open a one-way valve composed of a sealing member 29 and supplied to the wheel cylinder via this one-way valve, passages 26, 27 and 21, and the exit 20 for enclosing the higher pressure. |
