PURPOSE:To obtain 'konjak' free from harsh taste with eating taste similar to that of wheat flour noodles by incorporating 'konjak' raw material with a 'konjak' paste remover into a 'konjak' raw material paste which is then formed into a thick strand shape followed by heating and boiling. CONSTITUTION:When a raw material paste prepared by blending 'konjak' powder with lime is to be formed, heated and boiled, the 'konjak' raw material is incorporated with a 'konjak' paste remover (e.g., a mixture of each appropriate amount of wheat flour, baking powder, cornstarch, corn flour soybean protein, sugar ester and yolk powder) into the 'konjak' raw material paste followed by forming said paste into a thick strand shape, which is then heated and boiled, thus obtaining the objective noodle 'konjak'. |
