PURPOSE:To hold the gas filling pressure constant by providing a gas box filled with inert gas under constant pressure slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure in an inert gas filling circuit for a valve in bending preparatory process of valve. CONSTITUTION:In accordance to the intermittent rotation of a center valve 1, a valve 3 fixed to a heat 2 is evacuated at position A while at the position B N2 gas is filled into the valve 3 through a filling mechanism 10 coupled with a gas box 14 where N2 gas is filled into a portion of a circuit 12 for filling N2 gas through an orifice valve 9 under constant pressure slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure. Furthermore at the position C, the valve 3 is opened to the similarly formed gas box 15 and the bonding work is performed at the position M. Consequently the filling pressure of N2 gas can be adjusted constant automatically resulting in the considerably improvement of the yield of the product. |
