<p>PURPOSE:To dispense with a special jig and to improve workability by forming a fireproof insulating layer with a ceramic wool mat and by keeping airtightness with a liquid sealing material. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate 2 is embedded into the front surface of a wall penetration hole 1. A frame body 3 is set to the wall penetration hole 1 by welding a flange 3a to this steel plate 2. Into the frame body 3, front and rear, ceramic wool mat 4 is fitted. This mat 4 is divided by a longitudinal slit 5. The mat 4 on the divided surface is put face to face, by which a cable insertion passage 5 is formed. Brushes 6 are provided all over the whole length of this cable insertion passage 5, with which the cable insertion passage 5 is covered. When the insertion of a cable is completed, a sealing material 8 is poured into the space, which will be hardened in the elapse of time from a seal pouring inlet 10. At the bottom of the frame body 3 the thickness of passage 5 is increased in its downward 1/3 section where the brushes 6 come and go.</p> |
