PURPOSE:To lower a cost and to prevent a clip and the like from being detached carelessly by a method wherein a groove for installation use is formed at an exclosure, the clip and a replacement panel are installed at the groove for installation use and the groove for installation use, the clip and the replacement panel are coupled and held to a coupling means for locking use by coupling the coupling means. CONSTITUTION:A groove 2 for installation use is formed in the central part on the back of an enclosure 1; grooves for coupling use are formed along long- side edges on both sides of the groove 2 for installation use. In a state that a battery lid 6 is kept open, a protruding stripe 24, for coupling use, of a board 19 of a clip 17 is coupled to the side of an installation opening of the grooves 3 for coupling use of the enclosure 1; the protruding stripe 24 for coupling use is slid and moved to the direction of A with reference to the grooves 3 for coupling use; the clip 17 is advanced forcibly at its end part and is coupled forcibly to a hole 4 for locking use. After that, the battery lid 6 is turned to the direction of B; in succession, the battery lid 6 is pressed forcibly to the direction of C; a protrusion 15 for coupling use is coupled and locked to a cutout 16 for coupling use.
