FEEDER WITH ELECTRIC HEATING FOR GLASS MELTING FURNACE

Invention applies to the glass industry, namely - to feeders of a glass melting tank furnace, which are meant for feeding glass mass from the processing part to glass marble forming machines simultaneously ensuring stable viscosity (temperature) of the glass mass. Its purpose is to stabilize the temperature of the glass mass in the whole length of the feeder, its automatic regulation and thus obtaining thermally homogeneous glass mass. It is offered (fig.1) to separate completely the gas room of the common feeder part from the gas room of processing part with the help of a partition wall, gas rooms of each feeder's branch department to be separate from the feeder's common gas room with the same type of partition walls, while the gas room of each feeder above the glass feeding channel must be separated from it with high aluminate fire resistant material sheets. As a result, the influence of tank furnace flue gases pressure changes to the feeder's temperature regime is eliminated.<IMAGE>
