PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an endless belt to stably run over for a long period of time by firmly bonding a pliable guiding rib which is excellent in wear resistant and sliding properties to a base material. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, a flexible film-like base material 2 is formed in an annular shape, and a pliable guiding rib is bonded along a side edge of its inner periphery. In this case, a narrow width rib body 4 is formed by using a heat-curable silicone rubber, and the rib body 4 can be bonded to a rear face of the base material 2 by using a room temperature curable silicone rubber of a thickness >=1/5 of a thickness of the rib body 4 as an adhesive layer 5.
