FRAME LOCKING CONTROLLER OF DIGITAL VIDEO CAMERA

PURPOSE: A frame locking controller of a digital video camera is provided to adjust a frame locking pulse on the basis of track information data to correctly accord a drum with a magnetic tape recording track information when an image photographed by a digital video camera is reproduced. CONSTITUTION: A frame locking controller of a digital video camera includes an equalizer(300) for smoothing a video signal reproduced from a magnetic tape, an ATF unit(400) for outputting track information output from the equalizer while the magnetic tape is played, and a track information generator(500) for outputting a head switching reference pulse for controlling a drum motor and generating a frame locking reset pulse for performing frame locking according to a field reference field of one frame signal-processed. The frame locking controller further includes a signal processor(600) for correcting errors of a synchronous signal and a data signal and controlling a frame locking pulse according to the frame locking reset pulse to perform the frame locking, and a servo controller(700) for controlling the drum motor according to the head switching reference pulse, providing a head switching signal generated by the drum motor to the track information generator, and controlling the rotation of a capstan motor according to an ATF signal output from the ATF unit.
