From a revolving container body 1, which is preferably cylindrical and able to rotate during the mixing phase, it has the special feature that its axis of rotation 7, which is integral with the container body 1, takes a markedly oblique position relative to the geometric axis of said body, specifically crossing the bases thereof at marginal and diametrically opposite points. An opening 4 for filling and emptying, together with a hermetic sealing cap 5, is created in one of these bases 3, on the opposite side to the axis 7, in such a way that said opening can take an extreme upper position in the context of the mixer, for the filling thereof, and an extreme lower position, for the emptying thereof after homogenization of the mixture. <IMAGE>
