发明名称 PRODUCTION OF LOW-COST DIAMOND ANVIL BY ENGINEERING MODIFICATION IN REGARD TO ISOTOPE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare low-cost diamond anvil capable of accurately measuring pressure by using a carbon-containing composition modified by engineering method in regard to isotope as a starting raw material to prepare diamond or graphite and converting the diamond or graphite to single crystal diamond containing a specific amount of<13> C and<12> C. SOLUTION: A carbon-containing composition modified by engineering method in regard to isotope is selected as a starting material and diamond or graphite modified by engineering method in regard to isotope is prepared by chemical deposition method from the starting material and further, the diamond or graphite is converted to single crystal diamond (isomer alloy) containing about 3-20 atom %<13> C and about 80-97 atom %<12> C and diamond anvil is prepared by using the single crystal diamond. Since Raman line of the diamond anvil is shifted to lower position than that of natural diamond sensor of natural diamond sensor, the diamond anvil enables accurate measurement of high pressure.
