摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the equipment which can set arbitrarily a flying condition of a target required for an evaluation, and also can select arbitrarily a time and a place for the execution by generating an artificial reflecting signal, changing this signal to a reflecting signal of an aircraft for evaluating a system and utilizing it. CONSTITUTION:Phase shifters 4-1-4-n give phases phiA1-phiAn to an input, respectively, while receiving a phase shift control signal for controlling a relative azimuth of an excitation coefficient of radiation elements 6-1-6-n from a beam controller 10, respectively, by which a radiation beam which has given a prescribed directional characteristic to a radiation radio wave by the radiation elements 6-1-6-n is obtained. Subsequently, phase shifters 15-1-15-n add an artificial input from an artificial target direction whose azimuth direction and height direction are thetar and thetar, respectively to an input by the radiation element and supplies it to the phase shifters 4-1-4-n three- dimensionally against the beam center direction, as if an artificial target corresponding wave front 53 shown by a dotted line gives a state existing in front of the radiation elements 6-1-6-n to a phased array radar equipment and a beam pattern 51 is allowed to track in this artificial target direction, and a tracking function can be checked.</p>
