<p>FIELD: hydraulic systems. SUBSTANCE: safety valve is designed to reduce excess pressure of liquid in high-pressure vessel. Valve has body with inlet and outlet, seat bushing positioned at inlet and forming inlet hole shaped as nozzle, and valve plate holder mounted loosely in guide sleeve. Valve plate has central part, first coupling end part for coupling of plate to holder and second opposite sealing end part. The latter is formed by external circular truncated bevel sealing section, section with convex surface located inside seat and by external circular groove made around central part and second end part with formation of external circular flexible projection on which sealing surface is provided. Truncated bevel seat surface is made on seat bushing around inlet nozzle hole for interaction with disc sealing surface of plate. EFFECT: reliable tightness of valve fitting. 4 cl, 4 dwg</p> |
