PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of music data while displaying plural kinds of lyrics. SOLUTION: The KARAOKE apparatus, which is provided with an input part 3 capable of freely receiving a music reproducing signal M1 and a words display signal M2 corresponding to the music reproduced by the music reproducing signal M1, a reproducing part 4 capable of freely reproducing the sound corresponding to and based on the music reproducing signals M1 to be inputted from the input part 3, and a display part 1B freely displaying the characters corresponding to and based on the words display signals M2 to be inputted from the input part, comprises a translation means P for freely translating the lyrics display signals M2 into plural languages for display, and a language selection means S for freely selecting a language to be translated by the translation means P from the plural language expressions, and is constituted so as to freely display the lyrics on the display part 1B in the translation language selected by the language selection means S. |
