PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely certify a data transmitter without putting clocks in equipment and recording sequence numbers for every communication party while constituting a data transmission system which transmits data from a data transmitter to a data receiver. SOLUTION: In the data transmitting method, a CPU 12 converts transmission data into first certifying information by a first conversion function at a data transmitter 10 side, the first certifying information is transmitted from an output interface 16 with transmission data through a transmission path 30. At a data receiver 20 side, the first certifying information transmitted with the transmission data is received through an interface 24, the received transmission data are converted in a CPU 22 to second certifying information by the first conversion function that is same as the transmitter side 10. Then, discrimination is made to determine whether the second certifying information and the received first certifying information are equal or not. |
